It sleeps, peacefully out of the way until needed.

Nothing new about them. I got one about 15 years ago. The only difference I see is the color, mine is black. The are not so wonderful since the front of the hoop is too flexible and may cause you to lose a fish especially if used by someone not familiar with it.

Yep... have been out quite some time by independent manufacturers... just didn't have the name Frabill to go along with it.  I also agree.. the front is really flimsy.
