hey guys been doing some upgrades to my boat last few months thought I would show it off. Figured if anyone was going to try any of these on there boat maybe i can give some advice. My boat is a 96 Nitro 180 tf.

Here is the boat

Here is my recessed TM tray with bluewater led lights. Also my new MinnKota TM

Next is my flipping deck. There used to be just empty space here but I thought I would try to make the best with the extra space.

Added led lights in all my bins including livewells (looks like christmas time when they are all on )

I removed center seat and added a true hinged dry box with grip to help co-angler get on back deck

I have also replaced all carpet and got new latches. Hoping these little things helps the boat fish even more comfortably. If you guys ever plan on trying any of these just lmk if you need any pointers.
