What Do You Usually Tie On For Prespawn?

Featured Replies

I'm curious to know what most of you guys have on your rods during prespawn. I'm not quite sure on what to use other than jigs, and shakeyheads.

Thanks,

A texas rigged creature bait, a spinnerbait, and a jig are the basics.

Gonna try c-rigged craws, and work on my jiggin this yr...

Jerkbaits, work great when the water is in the upper 50's, swimjigs, and spinnerbaits moved slowly above and across the bottom have produced well for me, lipless cranks, crankbaits, and t-rigged plastics. I usually start throwing frogs at this time also.

Small 1/8oz spinnerbaits, jerk baits, small crank baits, Johnson silver minnow with white grub trailer.

a daiwa peanut, a trick wom, and an original floating rapala.
