Spell Check Not Working On Home Computer.

Featured Replies

Pretty sure it did up to a few weeks ago. Firefox is set to check spelling as I type. I thought maybe there was a spell check setting somewhere in my profile, but couldn't find anything. Running Windows 7. BTW, spell check works fine on all the other sites I visit, so seems like it has to be a setting here that I am missing. I know it isn't this site because spell check works on my work computer.

Any ideas where else to look? Thanks.

I use Firefox on Win7 and had the same problem. I believe it use to work but broke around a month ago. Same as you it worked in other sites. It has started to work again for me. I suspect one of the Firefox updates first broke it and has now fixed it. I am running version 10.0.2

Mine works fine on all but the KBF forum. On that site it will jumble several words together and it will also add the letters it needed to correct the spelling without removing the others.

These are all browser based issues.

Eye never no if my spell checker is working because my spelling is superb. Spell checkers never pick up your, when it should be you're or know know from no. How 'bout to, too, or two?

And how 'bout 'bout? That'll pass too, as it thinks you're talking boxing.

You need to get the Mind Reader add-on. :laugh5:
