Retired And New To The Kissimmee Area

Featured Replies

Been fishing Lake Toho a few times a week. Not really interested in serious tourney fishing (did that for years in NJ) but would be interested in hooking up with others that fish mid week. I will be exploring the Butler and Harris change soon.

Have a basstracker with 60hp. So not high end tourney but gets around ok.

Congrats on moving next to one of the best bass lakes in Florida that's awesome. Toho is about an hr drive for me.

Welcome to the forum and central florida. Be careful on Toho and Harris in the spring in a small boat. A hard northeast wind can get you in trouble on both of them.

I'm about an hour from you and sometimes fish during the week.

Do either of you guys know where I can get a pretty decent map of west toho?

Walmart usually has toho. If not you should be able to order one from Hot Maps.

Welcome! We are still a few years from retirement and fish mostly weekends. But perhaps we will see you around. We are going out Saturday on Toho and use a Red Stratos.

Thanks for the responses. If either of you are ever looking for a partner for a day, let me know.

Toho tackle shop has maps although they were out of them last week.

Thanks... the best one i found without giving up one of my kids for it was the kingfisher map.....
