Just read an article on swimming plastic worms,I've done the typical texas rigged slow drag with success, but this seems to cover water fairly quickly, anyone here do this? If so could U explain your technique and the type of worm you use

I use a Zoom Vibra worm sometimes with fantastic results. It is basically a cut tail worm that when worked through the water the tail wags drawing some awesome strikes. I like to use it parallel to heavy cover.

Same as Capt. Shane. I use zoom and Bitters Vibe. Swim it, Hop it or Pitch it.

7 inch berkley power worm in pumpkin seed is very productive for covering water. It acts as a different search bait rather than a crank or spinnerbait. Sometimes letting it fall can be productive too.

For me I like the Netbait C-Mac worms 7,12,15 in. and the Jelly worms. I use no weight and swim them slow on or over the weeds.

Swimming Senko, this is basically a finesse swimbait presentation but better. What makes these baits so effective is you can cover water quickly and if you found fish you can slow it down and fish the same bait just like a normal worm.

I had one of my best days of fishing ever last fall using Swim senkos. I use them with weighted swimbait hooks and dip the tail in some spike it. I caught three fish in the 7 lb range and several in the 2-3 lb range that day.
