I am planning on heading out to Peebles Island just outside Waterford tomorrow morning to do some fishing. Any chance there will be some active bass?

Also, I have never been there before so if anyone knows of a good shore fishing spot please let me know!

    There's a state park at canal lock 6 north of Waterford. Try cruising N Mohawk St / Crescent Rd out of Cohoes and Canal Rd of Vischers Ferry on the other side. They both skirt the river bank and may offer access to some spots.
