Holiday

Featured Replies

fished holiday last thursday and had a tourny on sunday. there are finally some fish in the canals. caught about 15 fish on thursday. didn't get them until late in the day when i found a little pattern. caught 10 fish in an hour. i had a club tourny on sunday and that same pattern worked. i only had 9 pounds, but it took second. i should have had 15+ pounds, but i lost 3 good fish. all bites came on top and while bait was dead still. painful but effective. the water has dropped, but there is still water on the flats. hopefully it will continue to get better.

Nice. Thanks

I take this as everglades holiday park off of us27 & griffin right..

Something still isn't right out in the Glades.... It's been bad since the end of last year.... Hopefully this means we'll have a good summer.

I agree. It's been a different winter out there this year. I say it's something in that water. But yet there have been some nice fish being caught at sawgrass so go figure. I'm with you. Cant wait till it comes back

Hopefully the water levels will keep dropping. The water might have been tainted from back pumping from the cities and chased the bass deeper into flats.

The report sounds encouraging for better fishing in the coming months.

Hit Holiday today from sun up til about 11. Fished the center canal & Miami canal.... Still VERY slow only a few bites...

Anyone try to fish adjacent to the ramps that are the furthest west (near the miccosookie gas station)on the alley lately?

I'am surprised yall are not going out to the Interceptor, that place has been on fire for awhile now.
