Justice? Really?

I really dont get the trend now a days to name their kids these freakin bizarre names.....no offense bro but Justice does sound like a porn star name. Or perhaps a Bounty hunter from Texas. Or Why not Justin? Kind of close to justice....i guess?

At the time he was born I was just starting to get into bass fishing. It wasn't until he was 6months old that I even knew who Johnny Morris was. Believe me though since I found out I've tried to use it to my advantage at BPS. Hasn't worked yet as of my last attempt. G has a blast with it though. He thinks its cool that his name is on a fishing reel and rod.

I'd either go with Daiwa or Berkley. Lololol ok I'll leave.

HA!

I went to high school with a girl named Anita Nickel. She was always getting in trouble, so we would frequently hear Anita Nickel to the office... It was gut-busting.

To me, Justice sounds like a strippers name.

Maybe I'm just old. I like traditional names. Think about when the child gets old. "Grandpa Justice" doesn't sound right. In my family tradition is the first boy is named after his paternal grandfather. I broke that and named my boy after his paternal great grandfather.

I'm surprised you didn't make a Married With Children reference.

Seven was the "Jump the shark" moment. Depressing :cry3: I'd rather not remember.
Is "basstiality" the same as sleeping with the fishes?

I am in favor or normal names.

When the child grows up and starts applying for work you would be surprised what a "first name" can tell the HR or recruiter.

Legal? Of course not.

Done? All the time.

You cannot attach a photo of yourself with your resume but your name can speak volumns to those in the "people" business.

There happens to be a guy that goes to my school by the name Justice. Most kids think its a pretty cool name. Not my cup of tea, but to each their own.

To everyone saying girlish or porn star I figure Justice was to much girlish myself and I picked the name, lol.
We decided to go with Justus Paul.

Justus stand for Fair, Just, Upright.. from what I can find. It is also a biblical name. Paul will be after the wife's father but we're not to much for traditional in a way. My wife family side are but most of her family names been used.

rofl.

Well, looks like looking for a job for him will be extremely difficult later on in life.

Plus, i know it stands for fair, just, and upright...but how do you know that thats the person that he will be when he gets older? What if he's an a-hole? i mean, not saying you will do a bad job parenting but its not like you will know what kind of person he will become, what if he's a criminal, then the name Justus will be extremely ironic.....just saying...
