  2. I have a couple of questions about relocating bass from one body of water to another. I just found out about a body of water that had 8 large female bass (farm raised) put in it recently. The questions are: Do the bass take a while to get adjusted to the new surroundings before they start feeding? How soon will these bass start feeding aggressively?
  3. I am a fan of the black/blue or a black/green with a Rage Tail chunk or craw.
  4. Cavitron is the only buzzbait for me.
  5. Check out this prediction from Matt Simmons. This is one scary thought if he is right. He is claiming the world reserves have or are close to hitting their peak. As a result he sees oil going through the ceiling. Pretty scary thought. http://money.cnn.com/2008/09/15/news/economy/500dollaroil_okeefe.fortune/index.htm
  6. That is one beautiful musky you have there.
  7. I have fished Buffalo Pond quite a few times and have yet to pull any fish out of it bigger than 2.5lbs. My friend went there on Saturday and he said there were about 15 to 20 people fishing this pond so he turned around and left.
  8. Were you fishing from shore?
  9. Good job mayassa with the space monkeys. Do you have any pictures of the 4 pounder? Memo, I will post pictures after I get a chance to use them, I did not get out much this weekend. I am hoping to try out the anacondas some time this week.
  10. I have fished this lake numerous times with quite a few individuals and I have yet to see anybody pull out a nice size bass out of here. I have heard how it has hawgs in it numerous times but I personally have never seen any caught.
  11. If you fish the waters that are located on base you need a permit, that includes Quantico and Chopawamsic Bays/Creeks from what they told me when I bought my permit. This permit is only $10 a year so it is not a big deal to purcahse it in my opinion.
  12. If you had something that snapped you line you may have had a snakehead on.
  13. I got my anacondas in two days.
  14. Nice smallies and nice pictures, thanks for sharing.
  15. Nice hawg you got there.
  16. How can you make excuses when they were out played. There is no excuse for that!
  17. A real disappointment for us Pats fans. There are no excuses, the Pats were out played in all aspects of the game. I give the Fins credit for bringing there 'A" game this week.
  18. Joe, I didn't either until the Rage Tail chunks came out. They have allowed me to step up my jig fishing big time.
  19. Nice smallie you got there.
  20. Go with the Rage Tail anaconda, they are awesome.
  21. Nice hawg, time to invest in a scale to elimate the guessing.
  22. Congrats on the new PB, you gotta love those anacondas.
  23. I went out jig fishing this morning and I caught 2 on a black and blue jig with a Rage Tail chunk, the biggest went 2 lbs 6 ozs. Ever since I started using the Rage Tail chunks my jig fishing has improved considerably.
  24. I usually try throwing some new baits that I have never used before or use a bait I need practice on.
