You might want to stop by your local Wal-Mart, and head down to the fishin section. The have a series of tackle bags called "Okeechobee Fats". I have the large one, which was $40, and came with eight large plano size boxes. But since you say your an inshore fisherman, they should have the medium bag, which holds less, but may be more convinient for you.

It 's a lot more embarrasing being at the ER room with a hook attached to your fingers. I can picture the ER Dr. sayin "I always thought those lure thingys were meant to catch fish, not fishermen!
