defiantaly illegal to use and very bad for the water.

my fav is dark muddy where you can see like 1-3 inches deep. then stained where its 1 foot to 3 feet deep. my biggest bass if off of stained but i love muddy water.

sounds like average washington lake. try downsizing your line and lures maybe a 3 inch senko on light line like 6 pound test. the clear waters here in washington make for spooky bass. swimming small jigs with a very small trailer works pretty good. i really like jerk/ rip baits in the evening. just gotta catch them when they are feeding man. it takes alot to figure out our lakes here. study the bait fish and you will learn what the big fish need to do to eat. is there perch or crappie in the lake? bluegill?

funny you say its lame but we have a world class smallie river here. i knw i know that still doesnt compare to clear lake. you lucky basta**d haha. atleast you got to play with the sturgeon.

didnt know the columbia had bass in it???????? oh man its a world class bass fishing river. many many tournys there every year. mostly up towards hood river and the dalles. look for current seems very close to deep water. or humps. tubes shoul be working awesome try outlaw gitter tubes which can be found at sportsman warehouse. yozuri lipless cranks and lv500 from lucky craft are awesome. a drop shot should always produce, try gobys from bass8baits. man if you ever want to get out send me a pm. i promise we will find fish. hope you like smallmouth left and right lol.
