does this involve taking apart the reel? because 100+ little pieces and me are not going to get along and the reel will probably never get put together correctly

I just got a pinnacle solene about 3 months ago and i haven't really been cleaning it too much... now it makes a screeching sound every now and then when i am casting. Any advice how to oil it or clean it or anything??

i use a medium rod with a baitcaster and i occasionally have the same problem as you... however, the backlash isn't really that bad at all and after i pull out the like 1 foot of line that overran and just reel it right back in. i have my brake set at full however since i was using 12lb test flourocarbon which seems to backlash at any brake level except max on my baitcaster. i can only get about 20-25 yds max cast but thats enough for me to work with when i throw a weightless plastic

i had no luck with crankbaits for a while either like bassmaster until this summer when i was just dinking around... i get a lot of hits when i run a 6'-8' crayfish colored bomber along where riprap ends

i heard that fireline cuts guides from a few people... does anyone know if this is true or not?

i used to buy stuff off ebay... then i realize everything i got sucked or was fake...

it may suck to fish in high humidity... but it doesn't mean you won't catch fish

weird... i read an article once about how they give creatine to trouts so that they have more stamina.... that sounds like a fun time

bombers are a good choice, and cheap. rapala original floaters are also pretty effective, topwaters are the most fun though

i like the trilene knot... i haven't had a knot break on me yet... (knock on wood)
