Don't feel bad...........I killed them yesterday both fresh and saltwater, today I didn't have a strike, 4-8 am on the beach and 90 minutes in my pond and canal. Wow, I'm really surprised you didn't do well. Even though the fishing stunk, the weather was great though right.

The fact that its 77degrees outside and overcast makes it a PERFECT day. ;D ;D ;D Yesterday was 90 with 100% humidity, and very little cloud cover.

Do you ever feel that the best Fishing conditions always fall on days that your working?!?? I wake up today, We have the first Front of the Fall moving in, overcast skies, temps at about 77 degrees. Nice breeze out of the WNW at 6mph. But I guess when you work 6 days a week the odds are stacked against you, to have the best days fall on a work day. :D

You cant go wrong with an Avid or Legend Elite. If the prices are good pick up a St Croix MOJO crankbait rod. I know many will bash this rod. But I absolutely love this rod.

LOL, the last picture is freaky. Even though I was eaten alive by the mosquitoes. I had a great time. This Lake is incredible, we just need to fish during the day so we can show everyone some big OL fatties.
