  2. Anybody have some knobs off a Caenan there not using? Will trade Daiwa Lexa or Tatula knobs
  3. I called Ron on fri. 12/20 and ordered 2 Tatula's and they were delivered yesterday 12/24. Great guy and excellent service.
  4. I have 3 Lexa 100PL I use for cranks and I love them, great reels.....And they fit the reel seats fine on my Avids.
  5. I have a Komodo and the knobs are as you said, kinda square edges,I am going to change mine. The reel is as smooth as any I have ever used!
  6. I don't know high of quality your are looking for ,but St. Croix has a 5'6" pistol grip in their Premier line. http://www.stcroixrods.com/product/premier-casting
  7. I took my 2 Lexa 100PL's out last weekend for the first time and threw a Bomber Flat A & Strike King series 3 on 10# fluoro. Operated without fault,no backlash and cast a mile . Before I went I put a drop of Yellow Rocket Fuel on the spool bearings and grease on the level-wind and I set the spool tension so there was a slight side to side movement and the magnetic control on 4. I never changed any settings because I had a limited amount of time to fish, the fish were hitting very good and I was happy with the way the reels were working and did not want to waste time .
  8. I have 2 coming in 4.9:1 for cranking

  10. Sure it can, as long as you use the right rod.
  11. I replace all mine with Mustad Triple Grips.
