  6. It was a 12 foot aluminum mod V w/ a 25hp Yamaha. The problem ended up being contaminated fuel. >
  7. x2 my thoughts exactly, just too lazy to type all that.
  8. Maybe its the angle of the picture, but John Quincy Adams Head in the first picture looks giant, in compariosn to the rest of his body. Otherwise those are some very interesting photos. Thanks for posting.
  9. I have been thinking the same thing today. With temps heading into the high 30's I hope they make it through this. I know the lake I fish that holds peacocks has some deep pockets up to 30 feet deep. Hopefully they can survive this.
  10. Sweet fish!! Congrats on the new PB!!
  11. Good thread Paul. I know first hand the difference between catching Bass at a highly pressured lake as opposed to a Lake thats never fished. BASS DO LEARN.
  12. My prediction, Steelers 24 Cardinals 10
  13. Correct, Must be Full time to qualify.
  14. Thats funny, I didnt even see that ending coming.
  15. Thats pretty scary if you think about it. Someone has to be very desperate to bust into a house for food.
  16. X2 http://www.cabelas.com/prod-1/0049893122370a.shtml This is a must have swim bait for the price. You will be amazed at the awesome swimming action of this bait. Only negative is they tear fairly easily.
  17. I think this would give you a better shot at a trophy Large mouth. http://www.imaginationbassin.com/guide_services.htm
  18. Id go with the circle hooks, and jumbo Shiners. Theres no shame in catching a trophy with live bait.
  19. I know here in West Palm Beach the bass have started spawning.
  20. Lake Wellington can not be fished from shore. Not only is the Lake surrounded by private communities, but all of the good fishing is out away from the shore.
  21. Thanks, Didnt throw anyhting at the gator. They have more rights than people down here.
  22. Went out to Holiday park January 1st for some fishing with my brother in law. We caught 20 or so fish, the biggest went 2.5lbs. We also caught this weird fish, I think its a oscar not sure. (picture #1) On our way back to the ramp our motor just quits leaving us stranded about 3 miles from the ramp. This was around 4pm, by the time we had rowed the boat back to the ramp it was 7:30pm. :'( Overall not a bad day. Went out today to Lake Wellington to throw the Spro BBZ 1 shad for about an hour. Ended up with 3 fish, biggest one went around 3 pounds. (picture #2) The Spro BBZ1 has incredible action and is a must have for anyone throwing swimbaits. Also got some cool pictures of a gator and sunset.
  23. My first post.. Lastly The uglystick is temporary, what will be a good rod to pair this up with? As far as rods go, Im leaning towards either the new Shimano Cumara Cast Rod 7'2" Med Hvy http://www.***.com/descpageRDCSHIMANO-SCMCR.html
  24. Thanks for the info Muddy. I was thinking about your #1 rule before you posted it. But that's probably a good idea because I have very little patience. Ill will try everyones tips and report back.
