Nice job on the poachers. Poached eggs seems like a lost art.

Trolling Motor/Anchoring system
A mud stake would probably suit you well. I use one with my kayak.

Bait organizing
For long term storage I split by type, sometimes even brand or model, if I have enough of them. For actual fishing, I split them by rod I use to throw them. One box might contain a couple spinnerbaits, some suspending jerks, poppers, and spooks since I throw them all on the same short, MXF rod. Another box might have traps, squarebills, buzzbaits, and some swimbait jig heads that I'd use a 7 MF rod for. Plastics all go in a speedbag. Terminal stuff is in a Edge box. Most of my stuff, save for big swimbaits is in Edge boxes these days. All that goes in a crate or a waterproof boat bag.

No, trying to keep the joint muscle pain to a dull roar.

Homemade jam for the win, and not the lame freezer jam.

Using lefty and right baitcasters.
Not always. Depends on the reel.

I used to have it shipped, but Wegmans carries it up here.

I made a PB&J today for lunch. Make thick and sloppy, and eat over a bed of potato chips. The drippings of strawberry jelly pair nicely with salty chips. Washed it all down with a bottle of Cheerwine.

Using lefty and right baitcasters.
I use both right and left handed reels. I pitch right handed, so a lefty works better for that. Most guys I've fished with learned to pitch left handed.

Damage from tournaments
In NY, the concerns brought on by Region 6 director aren't based on any hard data. Despite studies and data that contradicts his opinion, that region is still closed. Fishing has actually gotten better since opening catch and release in the rest of the state. There will always be a shortage of enforcement, and any enforcement in place is more concerned with the put and take salmonoid fishery. Bass are second class citizens.

Watched the video. So, just switch before the lure lands.

You ever just undress and dive for your lost lure?
Getting bailed out of jail is way different than cheating in an NFL game, lol.

You ever just undress and dive for your lost lure?
I bet Tom lied about the weight.

Damage from tournaments
Political pressure from groups that want to see the old system stay in place, and the money involved with added cost of enforcing creel limits year round are two other reasons that havwe nothing to do with science.

Flipping and Pitching, Please Explain
That's a stock photo, but he died in my lap, not before leaving a little scar to remember him by. He was actually a really friendly cat with a feisty streak in him. Followed me around like a dog would.

Flipping and Pitching, Please Explain
Oh, cats and their fun games!

You ever just undress and dive for your lost lure?
Sometimes it's cheaper just to bring a couple rolls of quarters and chuck them into the lake than actually go fishing.

What is your favorite?
I don't think I own any 3/8 oz jigs, but a Rage Chunk is my favorite on jigs 1/2 oz and up. Zoom Super Chunks should get an honorable mention.

Help with a rod
Are you sure? Daiwa probably makes a rod that goes with the Daiwa reel

Protect your boat - Mooring/dock tying in waves
I found a good video. Most of this is common sense, but it's all in one video. They even cover the OP's question.

You ever just undress and dive for your lost lure?
You need more kale in your diet.

Bobber Stopper on Texas Rig why?
I almost never peg. If I do, I'm having some other issue causing the weight to slide up farther than my liking, or I'm just in the mood to peg. I prefer the T-stops since you don't need to retie to add or remove one.
