kayakers, how do you transport your boat?
Bed extenders? We don't need no stinkin' bed extenders! I've carried 17' boats in my PU bed without. Through upper Manhattan, right up Broadway, lol. My buddy has a bed extender for his little Toyota Tacoma short bed. Works like a charm, and wasn't too pricey. Definitely worthwhile if you feel like your bed is too short, or the boat feels unbalanced.

Shishamo Reels
AR bearings are pretty bulky. I doubt it.

Shishamo Reels
Let's see.... 4 on the knobs 3 on the drive shaft (frame, side plate, and AR) 3 on the spool (palm side, frame, behind the engage pin, below the tension cap) 2 on the worm gear You could possible double up on the spool, so that's two more. Another for to align the pinion when engaged. That gets me to 15. I'm lost on the rest.

What is gear chatter? There aren't any gears engaged when casting a typical baitcast reel. So, what is chattering?

Do I really need that?

Fishing Apparel
I wait for the Columbia PFG shirts to go on sale. I like Dickies work shorts from the wall marts.

Jerseys.....
I peel the dealer stickers, plate holders, and the tires are installed with the white letters inside. Nothing I can do about the "GMC" though the look is pretty ubiquitous. Anyone that knows trucks, knows their Chevy/Ford/Dodge/Toyota distinctions.

Beating a dead horse, kayak vs canoe
It would violate my contract w/ Wildy if I appear publicly without wearing one. PLus, it's just plain smart to do.

Mono vs. Flouro?
Vanish - it's what happens to your fish when you use this line!

Beating a dead horse, kayak vs canoe
Standing and casting is a prerequisite for any fiahing kayak I use. I'm currently running a hybrid kayak/canoe type vessel. Wilderness Systems Commander 140.

I've got TW, OEM, Bass Pro, and someo other no-name covers. They all basically work the same.

Soft Swimbaits
Keitech Swing Impact (not the Fat version) in Electric Blue & Chartreuse is probably your best bet.

Mono vs. Flouro?
If you use an actual fluorocarbon leader material, it's more resistant to abrasion than anything besides steel wire, but you don't want more than a couple feet of it on the end of your line. It's REALLY unmanageable, even the lighter rated lines.

Portable Battery
Been using these in my kayaks for over a decade: http://www.atbatt.com/sealed-lead-acid-batteries/b/volts-amps/m/12v-7ah.asp

What kind of lipless CB is this?
Looks like a custom painted Spro Aruku Shad.

Smaller Alabama rig setup?
Picasso has a "Jr." rig that I like. The head is foam, very light, and mainly serves as a rudder.

Rainbow trout lures and rigs
Try the opposite - what basically amounts to a Carolina rig (no beads necessary) and fished on the bottom. Powerbait trout dough floats, so use a light hook, and the bait ball will float off the bottom. Your other option is to try a moving bait, though it can be tough stockies that are used to trout chow.
