  1. If the drag is REALLY, REALLY, REALLY loose, that could be a problem, but I doubt that's the issue. Watch the video, and practice. It's likely a user issue, though there is the extremely slim possibility that the spool tip shims are worn.
  2. The J-WIll heads are very good, come in the right sizes, and have a good strong hook.
  3. I so want to post some memes. Unfortunately, NONE are appropriate.
  4. Cold turkey works the best - both drinking and smoking, or anything else destructive that rules your life.
  5. Wait, all you put in there is nicotine? LOL.
  6. The vape will kill you faster.
  7. Both, sometimes one or the other. GPS is great, but if you're way offshore, like on Erie, a visual marker is easier to stay on top of.
  8. A vape will never look as cool to the kids as real cig.
  9. This year? Publicly posted? Probably gonna find a hard time in just about every sector.
  10. Not a guitar, but here's the new trap set. Took about 6 months to special order and build. Packs up in about 20 minutes, and sets up in about 35. I can preset the rack for shows, and be set up ready to mic on stage in about 10 minutes. It's huge, but way faster than conventional tripod based hardware. The drums are Pear Masterworks, shells are birch, and the finish is lacquer. In the background, you can see the Gretsch bebop kit. There's also a Tama kit, and a DW kit upstairs. Various cymbals from UFIP, Sabian, Dream, Wuhan, Zildjian, and Istanbul.
  11. Try "boat sales statistics by type" in your favorite web search. I used DuckDuckgo.com, and came up with a bunch of reports.
  12. Take three Advil, and put on your big boy pants! LOL, one fish, and you'll get over the cramps.
  13. Congrats! For a second I thought my bud Clayton was popping out another, lol.
  14. You can just use a colon as a shortcut. Like: bassresource.com: bed fishing
  15. DuckDuckGo.com. Google without the tracking.
  16. Senkos, Topwaters, jigs, heavy "drop baits" like t-rigged creatures are a few go to baits. Here's another method I use: http://www.bassresource.com/fishing/dropshot-bedding-bass.html
  17. You need to collect the data, and plug it into a prop slip calculator: http://www.go-fast.com/Prop_Slip_Calculator.htm
  18. Yep, plus I think there's more in advanced search. There's always the option to use this syntax in a duckduckgo or google search box: bassresource.com: gut hooked
  19. Uhh, yeah it does search the title. I did exactly what I said to do using "sub-forum" in the search box. Can you guess what the first thread was?
  20. Go into that forum, type "shad" in the box, and choose "This Forum" from the drop list to the left of the search box.
  21. I throw that size on an Avid AC70MM with a Daiwa Alphas and 10# copoly. Spinning, probably and 7-ish foot med/m-light fast gen purpose spinning rod will work well too.
  22. Coosa, Prowler Big Game I/II, Ride 115/135, Moken 12/13, Malibu X, Commander 120/140, Freedom Hawk 12/14... All boats I've personally fished from, and found standing a very easy and intuitive experience. Seat time is a must when buying a boat!
  23. Nice examples, Wayne. Thanks for posting them.
