  1. They are my favorite jigs to flip with, and my partner pours his own... I have won quite a bit of money flipping a 1/2 ounce rusty craw and halloween colors. Definatly pricey tho.
  2. Here's two my girlfriend caught last June on Kentucky Lake. She caught them dragging a football jig.
  3. Honestly with as many tournaments and stuff thats starting up now I wouldnt really plan on getting much reliable info. Wish I knew for you, but no clue. If I had to guess I'd go south.
  4. I have mainly fished bigger bodies of water in Tennessee. Kentucky Lake, Pickwick, Etc... Nothing against the smaller lakes just always had tournaments on those bodies of water so thats where I spent more time. Definatly gonna check out as many lakes around here as I can.
  5. I used to live about 12 miles from the Williamsport lakes and probably only went there about 10 times. However I would gladly drive the 60 to Beech/Pin Oak/Pine dozens of times a year lol. The Williamsport lakes are overfished and there is not much cover present. I have caught a couple of 4-5 pounders out of there, but they are mainly just lucky ones. Nothing nearly as consitant as the Beech Lake area.
  6. If you were gonna use the rod exclusively for throwing square bills, I would go with the 7 foot medium. I have this rod for throwing the RC 2.5's and the KVD's as well. I also have the 7'10 for throwing the big deep divers. However, if I was gonna use it for more than square bills, then I would go with the 7'4 as well for the added length. Either way, you'll love the rod.
  7. Have you ever seen any otters in the pond? They have a tendency to wipe out a pond or small lake in pretty quick timing. Happens around here quite often. Pretty much sucks when it happens..
  8. I use the 7'6 Biffle for flipping and pitching. It's a beast
  9. World Fishing Network by far. I get it on dish network.
  10. Any anglers on here from the Little Rock/Conway area. I just moved over to Conway from Tennessee. I have grown up fishing Kentucky Lake so the Arkansas River seems very promising. Lake Conway looks good as well. Just wondering if anyone was from the area and how the fishing is. Thanks!
  11. Beech is probably the best for numbers of big fish. On good days several fish in the 4-7 pound range are very possible. However Pin Oak is a good one as well. The numbers arent as good over there, but based on experience if I was personally looking for a fish over 9+ I would spend my time there.
  12. I have both the rods in longer lengths and enjoy fishing the superlite more I would say. Both are great rods tho, and you wont be disappointed with either one.
  13. The Evo II jig is my number one producer. The half ounce rusty craw has put more fish over 5 pounds in my boat in the past 2 years than any other bait.
  14. The rocks along the dam pretty much is always a solid pattern down there for at least catching fish..
  15. Super Chunk Jr's work wonders on the bed bug jigs.
