I currently have a MG 67lbs. thrust which works great, but I like the MK's foot control better.

I like to use Strike King Lil MR. Money spinnerbaits and Buzz King Junior buzz baits when the water is warm. I recently bought a Tracker 1436 jon boat just to river fish with. Can't wait untill the water warms up a little more!

I think it's a hobby if you do it just for fun. If you fish as a competition I think it's a sport.

The Shimano Citica is a very nice reel.Daiwa also has the new Magforce with a twitchin bar and a 7.1:1 gear ratio for $60.00

I love the super fast gear ratio of this reel. The main reason I bought one was to fish buzz baits.
