    Robdob,I was talking to a guy I work with today that lives right outside the lake by Seven Points.He said that in a normal year there would already be alot of open water by this time.He said they were on the lake last weekend and had no ice and water temp. was 39.From what he said they did quite well,catching some nice size largemouth.I hope this helps.
