Am I wrong...?
Well I have seen many with tanks well suited for bass and others that definately aren't. I know that bass will eat just about anything that is small enough to fit inside their mouths i.e chipmunks, baby gators, and of course snakes. It just doesn't seem cool to video your bass eating mice and throw it up on the tube over there. Just cruel to me. Thanks for all the replies~~!!!~~

Am I wrong...?
Just got finished checking out some videos over on youtube. Found a cool vid on a snake lure. if you wanna check it out, type in snake lure in the search on the site. Also found something that kinda disturbs me. Guys with bass in tanks feeding them live mice. Now is it me or is that not just sick and cruel. 1. I don't like the idea of a 1 to 2 pound bass in a tiny 10-20 gallon tank. Its just sick to me.... what do you guys think? > :-/

Re: TBFA
You guys are right. Totally against what the sport is about as a whole. It is not something to proud of, but something that needed to be done. We ate the fish so they were not just removed and left to die. I appreciate the realism from all you guys and you're honesty. I understand where you guys are coming from and I just wanted to apologize personally. This is a great forum and a great sport. Lastly you will notice I have taken the disheartening photo down and also offer my apologies.

Re: TBFA
The pond is over populating rather quickly, also we clean the fish and have fish fries, so it isn't like we just caught them to say oh we caught 100 fish . We put back any fish that gave a good fight. The whole idea was to remove the fish with bad genes and leave/put back the fish with good genes, so the pond will be well managed. I don't see a problem in that.

River
I went river fishing today for largemouth and wound up empty handed. I think I was unprepared and wasn't really in my element. But rather than give up I'd like to learn as much about river fishing as I can and make it a strength rather than a weakness. I fished a jig and pork, and spinner baits mainly. Are these good for rivers? Also this is my first post! So there ya go. Thanks
