  1. I have done very well with a similar bait, the Thunderclaw, in rivers. My fishing partner uses the rebel and doesn't do as well, but still gets them. I prefer the shallower ones and try to run them along the banks, fish will take them right off the bottom! Never had a small mouth, but I almost always get a LM off it when I go out.
  2. Hello everyone, my first post and it is a bit late on this thread! Anyway, my question goes all the way back to page 3 where Vyron posted pictures of some different rigs (Thank you!). I'm very new to bass fishing, and wanted to make sure I was correct in thinking the 2nd picture is of a wacky rig. Also, people talk alot about t-rigging them, and for a while I thought that was texas rig. But then they say weightless t-rig, which makes me think it is something else (I always thought texas rigs had weights). Trying a 5 inch watermelon out today/tomorrow on our camping trip, I hope it works as well as some of you say, very excited! Thanks in advance
