I live 15 miles away from Arkansas State University, whose mascot is the "Indians". It's been Indians for decades. Now the white collar know it alls 1000 miles away says it's in appropriate. ASU doesn't degrade the indian name in anyway, and represents it in an honorable manner. I just think this is If ASU has to change, why doesn't the Oklahoma State Cowboys have to change? :-?
