Had same thing happen to me....rod flew out of boat going 60mph. I had stick jacket on and found my rod onside of rd in perfect shape! Well worth the money!

this is what i haved switched to...saved me money and i have 100's of senkos now. Cant tell much diff from the name brand stuff. Either that or they dont how to fish the lake them selves bc they are not locating fish.

All a part of learning....try tightening spool tension knob some more till you get use to casting with it.

My sx is starting to make a noise too....jus had it cleaned at beginning of season. Weird.
