  2. YEa i just bought my first BC setup a gander graphite MH fast action 7 ft rod and a daiwa exceler casting reel, and i cant wait to get out and try her out on the water!!!! I will def not be getting rid of my abu spinning setup but i am looking foward to the BC
  3. What about taking bass from lake or river, and bringing it home and transferring to our pond at home it has tilapia, bream and such in it. when we moved there it had 2 or 3 bass but we had an algea bloom or something that killed some fish? Any input?

I have this ESPN fshing forecast on my phone as a tools on the go. shows the moon phase and the feeding activity hourly daily, along with a barometer plot and numerous other things i guess if anything it just gives me more confidense haha we will see i have only 10 trips under my belt but it gets better everytime. -Randy
  7. In jacksonville area still new to bass fishing i have jumped in head first picked up a 90 fisher 18 ft aluminum bass boat with 115 merc, and a 24v 67 thrust trollin motor. I have fished Black creek , doc lake so far.... Best luck being in and around doc lake.. -Randy
  8. I just picked up some 10 inch ribbon tailed worms from gander mountain, there store brand came with a hook and all for 3.99 pack i think it was. They look yummy! MY wife and my fishing partner both think 10 inches is overkill and that they will only grab the tail! I hope i prove them wrong! Will putting a trailing hook on these worms cause the fish to inhale the hook ? And possibly damaging the fish ? -Randy

  16. Excellent congrats on your first boat! I am in the process of picking up a bass boat to do some fishing. I am up here in jacksonville, fl i went out to black creek out of green cove psrings and caught my first bass hahaha it was only 3/4 of a lb maybe but the fight that little guy gave has got me hooked! So good luck with your new boat! i just cant wait to get in one and just go bass huntin! What kind of boat did you get ?
