  1. danger do not run on plane in dale creek. there are channel markers but dont do it idle only. seen a bad accident there in late april
  2. about 60 miles east of dallas is the mecca of texas bass fishing. the infamos Lake,Fork it would be worth your while to find a guide and book a trip. even if you do have to stay an extra day. the current state record was cuaght there ane 70% of the top 50 bass in texas were hooked in lake fork. by the way the state record is somthing like 18.81 lbs i think

  4. saw this on a fishing show on the vs. ultimate match fishing college , i cant remember who it was but the gut in the front of the boat was getting his butt whuuppedand picked up a rod of his competitors . when the guy saw what the other one was doing he got mad. so the guy juust wraps some line around his hand without him knowing and chunks his 2-3hundred dollar set up in the lake
  5. my 87 yr old grandad would hook a bass and take off walking the other way instead of reeling... and drag the poor fish up on the bank. easier to lip that way.
