Curious... does anyone who posted a negative comment actually own one of these lures, or are you just spreading hearsay? I don't mean to sound like I'm attacking anyone, but it appears to me that the swimbait crowd immediately dismisses any bait that doesn't cost a small fortune. So I'm wondering if anyone has had any first-hand experience with these lures, or are passing along rumors, or are they simply making judgements based on the price. Educate me please.

The scary part is when they learn how to talk!

The deep diver (first pic) isn't black/blue, which he didn't have success with during practice, but the shallow diver is black/blue (second pic). That's the one he used during the Classic.

Yes, he was using the Laser Lure during practice. Yes, he caught fish on them. But just in case you think I'm trying to cover for him because we're friends, here's proof. I took these pictures while out on his boat the last day of practice. I have video of him catching fish on them too. I will post that footage at a later date.

Day 2 of the Bassmaster Classic and boy are we having fun! I just got back from having one fantastic dinner with Bob Lusk and his wife Debbie of Pond Boss magazine, JJ Polak and Carl of JJ's Magic, Rob Faddis of KVD Line & Lure and BTS, and a few of Ray Scott's folks.
