  1. I would say mill pond in Nashua, but that is from april till early July. The milfoil is to thick now to fish it effectivly.
  2. First off welcome. I know that pond very well and have fished a lot, I will tell you this the milfoil is so bad now it's gonna be really tough to fish through it. Scum frog is really your only choice now. I killed there all season up until the end of july. I did go there last night and still caught two bass and a pickerel, but it was very tough. Nashua fisherman knows this pond to and will tell you the same I'm sure. There are some big hawgs there just check some of the posts earlier, but will take some work and patience to get them now. Good luck and if I can offer any more help just ask.
  3. Yes it was fun. I really need to work on fishing all shallow water though. I usually look for deeper water when it's HOT. Maybe next week we can take the tracker out. I need to get through hockey camp this week. My fishing now is limited to only a couple of hrs and late if I get out.
  4. Ok Thanks. I am going out tommorow night around 5pm if you want to go. Not sure where yet. I haven't been out since Friday and it's KILLING me. :'( Been busy with my sons hockey camp.
  5. Anyone know how to get a permit to fish Big Island Pond in Derry? I called the number in the clarks book, But am getting no answer. I heard it was 20 bucks? I want to get out there later this week if possible. Any info would be appreciated.
  6. Nashua Fisherman did you get my PM?
  7. Cool boat congrats. I have a 89 Bass Tracker Pro 18 40hp force with dual console and love the thing. Tracker marine makes nice boats.
  8. Here is another one from today. 1lbs 13oz. loving the senkos Nashua Fisherman check your PM's.
  9. Shane J did you throw any Senkos or crankbaits?
  10. Nice fish wagn. Jigs and Senkos are my only baits this year.
  11. Tom how big was the fish?
  12. Got out today at Great Pond and caught 8 bass and 1 pickerel. Many thanks to Matt Bassmaster6 for his help. Awesome place and will be back soon. Biggest was 3lbs even and I also caught 2+ pounders. No little guys either. Fun day besides the high winds. It was nice to fish out of my tracker for a change. Here are some pictures
  13. I say Largemouth, But did it have the strip? Smallies are bronze in color and fight like no tommorow. Smallmouth are vary rare in the Nashua river, But it could be.
  14. Nice fish. Did you use your boat? I went out yesterday and caught 4 bass with the biggest 2lbs 2oz and a 1lbs 110z.
  15. Thanks guys. I had already ordered Black and Black/blue. Those seem to work very well where I have been fishing, But I will add some different colors on the next order
  16. Thanks for the tips matt. I may go thursday.I also got some trick sticks ordered, those senkos are getting expensive lol.
  17. If I were you I'd throw a crankbait or senkos. I had luck last year with that.Good luck.
  18. Got out this morning very early and caught 8 at Horsehoe Pond. Nothing worth taken a picture though. I don't feel like there are many big bass in there though. There are a few other places I am gonna try to see if they are better. bassmaster6 2 1/2 pounder is a nice fish. I am gonna try to get up there sometime this week to check it out.
  19. Got out tonight for a couple of hrs and caught 3 bass at Mill Pond, But it is almost unfishable now. The Milfoil is very bad. That's a bummer for me because it's close and I have done really well there this year. I wish they would treat the Milfoil to kill it, But I think it may hurt the fishery. It looks like I am going to have to find a new spot. I also got a chance to meet Sauage fingers tonight as I was leaving.
  20. Ya I agree, But to be fair to them I usually post in both areas. LOL. I wish I did not start this thread, But it's going strong.
  21. We have been through that subject already. I just post on both. It was my mistake. All NH people are more then welcome to post here also.
  22. Nice catchbig0bass . Catfish huh, we haven't caught one of those since last year. Is she hooked now?

Do you have a boat or will you be shore fishing? If you are shore fishing you could try Mill Pond in Nashua NH or Horseshoe Pond in Merrimack NH (Boat launch only to fish from the shore). Mill Pond has great shore acess, But being this late in the year the milfoil (weeds) are very thick now and makes it tough to fish, But if your just throwing a bobber and night crawlers you will be fine. It does have a TON of bluegills in there. The boat launch is a good place to start. Hope this help.
  24. Got out today and caught 11 Bass. Biggest was 3lbs 11oz and quiet a few 2+ pounders. Here are some pictures. Great day on the water. Anyone else get out this weekend?
