Things you wish tackle making suppliers made.
A spinnerbait blade with one side gold and one side nickle, anyone know if these exist?

Show Off Your Work!
Little single willow bfs spinnerbait, 1/8th with a small hook and a fine cut skirt. Can’t wait to throw this in the spring, our little smallies should love it!

Favorite jig trailers?
sweet beaver and sometimes a rage menace, nothing else needed.

That is a great looking jig! That’s the walleye head mold right? Do you find sprue removal to be a pain with that mold?

Show Off Your Work!
An 1/8th spinnerbait and a 1/16th ish under spin, having fun with the new molds! I’m really liking the monkey milk powder paint also. Excited to have a nice tiny underspin that isn’t a road runner, waiting on some skirt material to finisher the spinnerbaits up.

A couple more jigs
Actually tying them as a way to never have to fly fish 🤣 Moved from oklahoma to Utah and am trying out the whole trout thing, actually bought a bfs rig so J can “bass” fish for trout lol! I appreciate it! I have some new molds coming for christmas and i’m excited to learn some new things.

“micro” jigs
I truly can’t handle the one fiancé man 🤣

I appreciate it man! May sneak off tomorrow and test it on some trout and smallies!

25mph gust jerkbait
Pointer 95 silent in american shad, a slightly bigger bait would probably be easier to throw but this bait has caught me my pb spot, pb smallie, and lots of big largemouth in those exact conditions. With wind that crazy it’s hard to know if you are even working your bait correctly but it must be doing something they like because it truly works.

A little marabou/hackle craw jig I tied for bfs fishing. I think the Sculpin olive marabou, burnt orange marabou, and ginger hackle look really great together! Should work great for our little smallies and big trout.

A couple more jigs
thanks!!! not too much time on the thing, maybe 4 minutes? with my single mold and low tech paint process it honestly takes more time to pour and paint the heads! got my pb rainbow on that exact jig saturday!

Really hating this Trilene XL 4lb test
I like it, it does have some memory sometimes. Kvd line and lure the night before pretty much solves this issue though, you can always stretch it before fishing by tying it onto a tree or something and putting a little pressure on it too 🤣

“micro” jigs
those look fantastic, does the bottom one have a zonker strip on it too?

A couple more jigs
I really Appreciate it you guys!

“micro” jigs
I do have some bucktail and squirrel tail I really need to experiment with more, i’ve made some micro bluegill jigs with the squirrel tail and they look really cool.

A couple more jigs
Some more ties from this weekend, this is becoming a full blown addiction 🤣 All either 1/16th or 1/8th ounce. Unfortunately don’t have much of a use for bigger baits these days!

Small Size Vibrating Jig Blades ?
I know this is an old post but what have you found the best way to connect the blade to be?

Favorite fluke colors
baby bass is really versatile and effective for me.

Lost a good one, straightened the hooks
Love the rebel poppers, never felt the need to try any fancy/more expensive ones when the rebel baits are absolute fish producers. Hope you get another shot at that fish!

Best Bass Lures Per Season
a lucky craft pointer 65 or 78, a small spinnerbait, and a jighead with a power minnow or ned rig bait could do all of my fishing these days through all seasons honestly 🤣 Since moving to utah i’ve found that keeping things small and simple is the best way to get bites, gives me more time to worry about actually finding the fish.

Marabou wooly bugger jig
nice! where are your favorite/most productive patters to tie?

Marabou wooly bugger jig
Been having a lot of fun tying these, this one’s an eighth of an ounce and should be killer for trout, creek smallies, and hopefully everything else. Does anyone else use or tie these? Maybe more of a trout lure traditionally but man I wish I had these for creek/river bass when I lived near the ozarks!

Definition of a ultra light
not the question you asked but if you get some bread and go for grass carp you’re definitely gonna win 🤣

“micro” jigs
Those look great! After moving to Utah I really only ever need downsized stuff, i’m really happy with the material from living rubber but wish they hade a better color selection in the fine cut silicone agreed, mine are much smaller than a standard bass finesse jig though. In terms of bass jigs i’d say it’s pretty “micro”. Maybe ned sized is a better discription, hard to fit a whole trd on them though.

“micro” jigs
Mustad 32746 #1. It’s an awesome little hook, in the #4 and #6 sizes it is the sharpest point i’ve seen on a crappie jig sized hook.
