How mutch would a used falcon rod in good condition sell for? I found a falcon rod and an abu reel for 45 dollars and was wondering if that was a good deal? The reel is a 6000 I know its to big for bass but i could use it for cats.

Im wanting to put some vanish on my spinning setup because im going to be fishing a very clear stream for smallmouths and wanted to no if vanish is worth the money?

Whent to bass pro and they had lots of swimbaits. the Berkley hollw bellieds and the shadaliious also looked good. just wanted to see if these are any good and if theres anything better there.

I think I still am going to get this (if its still there >) because I do alot of catfishing I just thought mabey I could also bass fish with it. Would a medium heavy lightning rod go good on a spinning reel with braided line? If not I think I may get an abu black max I love the look of those things!

Well I just saw this rod on clearence for 50 and its usualy 75 and had heard only good things about abu garcia so I thought id ask.

Im not realy sure but its 7 foor and is medium heavy. Is a big reel a big problem because im thinking I can put 17 pound line on it and use it for catfish and bass.

Would this be a good plastics rod? Its on clearence for the rod and reel and is only 50.00 bucks!

I have a 6 foot medium action ugly stick spinning rod with a shakespere spining reel(with 6lb line) with a 5:2:1 gear ratio and was wondering is this is a good beginer setup for jig sishing(the kind that you put a trailer on).

Has anyone of tried these? If so are they are they worth buying? I realy dont want to spend 20 dollars on a swimbait ill probaly loose

When fishing worms and lizards is it better to have a sensetive rod for feeling bites or sturdy rod for a better hookset?

use little curly tailed jigs.

I totaly agree about the runoff thing! I catch a bass almost every cast this way!

Oh and if there realy hitting the dog food then bring bread and dough it up on your hook!(but thats if they dont hit the other baits)

Use bread and cut bluegill! I would be cautious buying stinkbaits because they usualy just catch smaller fish(although last night i cought a nice channel on punch biat). Good luck!!
