Im going to have to say Hank Parker. Mainly because he gives loads of tips and im all about learning as much as i can about fishing. Bill Dance is hilarouis but i dont like how he fishes from his Overly Stocked pond repeatidly.

Fantastic rods! I really cant say enough. I own a 7'2 M Parabolic for cranks and a 6'9 MH for my worms and lizards.

Yes a ML would more than likely be to light. A MH will with a fast tip will work best. You want the MH power so you can get a good hard hookset and get that single hook through them. Also with a heavier rod you can horse a fish into the boat or onto land.

Well just set up my tank and im filtering the water right now and getting the chemicals set in. Now i want to figure out what kinda fish to put in it! Any suggestions please. Thinkin of just getting a small largemouth, but kinda want something no one eles has lol. When i was in wisconsin for a fishing trip, in the river there were hundreds of northern pike minnows that were 3-4 inches long. That would be so sweet to have i think but i have no way of getting one here lol. Thanks yall

Buddy's using a Black Maxx right now and i've played with it a few times now. Personally i dont like it. It small but feels heavy, and i have a weird feeling that its slowly falling apart. Does feel solid in the hands. If i were you i would look on Ebay and try and find a 201 shimano Citica. Great little reel for the price. You should be able to find a pretty cheap one on there right now since the new 201 E series are coming out.

Personally ive never even heard of the reel. But i know some others that use different Penn reels and they love them. Honestly i cant remember anything bad being said about a Penn reel. Only one way to find out man, just go out and use er!

Nope the Medium Parabolic carrot stix will work great for cranks, (rod i use for cranks and love it.) I'm now using a 6'9 MH Fast action Carrot stix for all my worms/lizards. Fanastic line of rods!

Sorry, well actually i believe i know how to check their respiration. By watching the gill moments you can tell. From what i've been reading its best to set a stop watch for a minute and count the movements of the gills and that will tell you the rate of respiration. What i was wanting is more in depth on anything i should know! Already yall helped me lol. I didnt even think about how a fish would be stressed from being in a new enviorment. Also i planned on checking a few different variables that could change their respiration, inluding increasing and decreasing the PH of the water. But my Ag teacher suggest i kept it alittle more simple and recorded more data on the few things too have a more accurate reading. It sounded good to me so that what i plan on doing lol. Any new information will be greatfully thanked for guys! Thanks loads already! Btw, thanks alot SAM i will have too send this fellow a email. Howdy yall, im currently working on an Ag project of mine and it requires finding the respiration of fish. Right now im trying to figure out what kind of fish i should use. Depending on ease, size, ect... Im figuring the bigger the fish the easier it would be to tell i think. So im kind of pending on using, a smaller Largemouth bass or a 3-4 inch Bluegill. Any help or input you can think of, or if you have any knowledge in this area it would help alot! Thanks everyone and have a good un! 8-)

Sorry bud, but thats the first setup i was using for, CATFISH. Its quite a bit stiff and not very sensetive for bass fishing. The rod is a decent catfishing rod, but for bass its a no-no really. As for the reel its not worth much. The 3.2:1 means that every revolution of the reel/crank of the handle, you will retrieve 3.2 feet of line. You would be better off saving just a little money for a decent little combo you can find. Id suggest getting a spinning setup. If you play on using crankbaits i would suggest finding a Medium power rod.

Come on man! Protections first priority! lol.... nahh no need for that right now, i think ill be playing it safe.

Haha, guys i gotta tell you, i cant believe how negative you all were about the note and flowers. I guess its my fault that i didnt give alittle back ground on this. But we have been talking to eachother for a few weeks now, and have really started to get to know eachother. We go to school together, although we dont see much of eachother. We both are alittle shy kind of people. But my personal thought on asking her face to face was how she would awnser. Because i defintaly dont want her to be pressured into saying yes, and i wanted her to take a minute and think about it. Also to mention i would of been a bit anxious to do it face to face, thats no dought, but i could of done that if i felt it was right. Anyhow, a friend of hers, also a friend of mine, got the car unlocker and after school i went with my original plan and put roses and the note in her seat, and filled her car with balloons. Throughout the day i had been talking to her friend and all of them thought it was really cute and that she would like it. And after school during football film alot of guys came up to me and said that was real cool what i did and they wished they thought of it. But lastly, she said, YES. We've been talking most of this night and i just got done picking out my clothes for the homecoming. We both are getting excited and cant wait for the weekend! I think its going to turn out pretty well.

Well i dont have a chance to ask her....and thats not all im doing. I actully got her car unlocker and im going to decorate her car and im filling it with balloons. I have football practice right after school so i wont have a chance to see her.
