yea, that too last week i fished a whole day and all i caught were tiny little bass like 7-10 inches less than 1 pound

I dont know what that means lol. But the weather was scattered clouds and blue skies with temperaturesin the 80's typical miami weather. And the bass were slamming the baitfish i mean every 5 minutes ill see the action.

Ok, well ive fished the last 2 days for more than 7 hours a day and i did not catch 1 bass. The day was beautiful and i saw the bass swimming around and everything. I mean to tell you the truth i tried every single bait in my tacklebox and every color still nothin. My lake is usually not like this i usually go on average 3-4 bass every 2 hours. I dont get why they arent even noticing the bait or even nibbling :'( So any help guys? i also fished about every foot of my lake

10' foot jon boat. or a little bass pontoon boat thing. i think the lightest jon boats are the trackers i have a 12' and i can easily drag it across my yard. or carry it around with a battery and trolling motor with my friend. ive heard good about alumnacrafts too but don't know how much they weigh

nice catches bass mekanik so im just gone go out get a bucktail its kinda amazing i have never had one. i might just get some live bait you can barely see the floor in the lake with all the bait fish swimming around or how about goldfish ive head good about those just hook it up and throw it in. lets try to get more of these peacock pics maybe a peacock picture thread would be good.

i release 95% of all the bass i catch it was just night time when i took the pic so i went to where the light is less than a 15 second walk from my patio area to the lake. so i pretty much caught it unhooked walked towards light snap the pic and threw it back in. in like a minute and a half

salsa is the secret scent i use. those peacock love them mexican sauce lol

caught it on 10 lb. line a tinylite spinning reel and the 99 cents spinnerbait from wal mart. pretty nice caught it around dusk on first cast which suprised me

nice catches, yea i know what you mean about ticking them off and stuff today was pretty windy and cloudy so i barely bothered to go out fishing i went out for like 15 minutes nothing bit on my spinnerbait ='( so im just gona go ahead and try the buck tail

Im just waiting to hook on one of those peacock atleast 8 lbs. that will make my day.

i just got a small lake in back but the peacock are monsters. The largemouth are ok nothing over 6 lbs. yet..

well every time i go fishing now i see about 10 or 11 peacock just swimming by ive tried almost every lure in my tackle box but they just ignore. i do have access to live bait peacock minnows which i caught yesterday. and they're in a tank. but i don't know how to hook these. please help me on some good artificial lures or whatever can grab they're attention. lol its not its just thats a sliding glass door that leads into my room and the light was on so i just took the pic. there cause there was light cause it was off a phone, and its a glove lol i just dont like holding the fish with bare my hands i dont like the feel i mean ill do it but if i have a glove next to me ill use the glove.

I have caught only 2 peacock bass though but i see them everywhere. I just saw a couple yesterday 2 males swim by they were huge at minimum 6-7 lbs. i casted a rat-l-trap and a spinnerbait they looked at it and swam away.

Well i just started this thread to know what you guys like to use for peacock fishing, i see peacock at least every other day but they dont even look at my bait and im using a peacock minnow which is recommended by every sight. Any ideas?

Well, just went fishing during sunset got 1 bass then it started to thundering and im not ready to risk my life with a lightning rod in my hand . Caught 1 bass just to say it will be a big bass one day... very small and it jumped on a huge popper this was my 1st time using a popper even though ive had it for years and years. Yes that is a sock in the picture

well if i have my phone on me i will i rlly dont carry a camera around ill try tonight with a buzzbait and or a popper see what comes out of it.
