  1. the lake im fishing is small though im pretty sure there are no 10lb bass maybe 7lb ex-cluding peacock that are on freakin steroids, well i have a buzzbait but its not really getting me anywhere. But i really need to know what to use for after rain my lake has risen about 5 minimum no lie. and i can see the bass right in front of my house i cast with a crankbait they look at it, i try chatterbait same thing just stare at it go by, and spinnderbaits NOTHING, but yet theyre always there right outside like 4 feet away. I REALLY GOTTA GET OUT THERE!!.!! and i ran out of gulp so no more bloodscent stuff that really get em.
  2. Ok thanks guys, i will try that tomorrow night. Do u know why everyone sais do use the june bug. and if i can just use a spinnerbait with a Colorado blade
  3. Well here in south florida theres usually alot of rain and sometimes its too hot during the day on a metal boat lol, so i usually go out at night or after the rain and yes even sometimes in the scorch of noon. but i was wondering what is the best lure for Night and after Rain. I do have a ton of worms varying from bass assassins, renegade, zoom, culprit in like ever color but they dont seem to be biting on that now during fall. so which of these lures are the best for these times. Also not in the pic i have my little collection of chatterbaits.I have more lures but these are the main ones i use if you recommend any that will be nice sorry for the long story of my life hehe sry for bad quality.
  4. Well the Peacock bass in my lake are right behind my house i dont even gota go on a boat i see them from the shore. I usually just use a peacock minnow or a chatterbait or on occasions even a Rat-L-Trap Small one though not a big one ill get some pics up just remind me lol
  5. i cant wait for the peacock to start coming out again my lake is small but LOADED with peacock bass huge ones too since no one fishes for them except me YAYY!!!!!
  6. im thinking of putting a Flatdeck just small one but i got some questions first if a rivet goes in the front does that mean u gotta gut the whole frontdeck just to re-place it.
  7. Lol yup WE WIN! we dont have to worry about batteries, frozen lakes, or anything really ;D except skin cancer and heat :-/
  8. that a small motor i mean since the battery costs equal to it...
  9. thats cool, you should also try for tarpon u might catch one while trying for snook
  10. lol, peacock bass isnt as easy to catch as it look. I dont like to just fish for them i like to spot them then catch them.During there mating season there are about 20 just chilling infront of my house. u cant throw a rock at one and theyll just stay there
  11. well i was just fishing about 20 minutes ago on it. No the 32 lb. is mine i think its as old as me no lie. Today when i went out i was trying to troll but only me that goes on the boat i weigh about 150 lbs. it was going to fast for me to actually spot baitfish and i actually saw a bass bight on my chatterbait. so i was thinking of just keeping my 32 lb. and putting the smallest possible motor on the front with a deck. Since i am the only one in the lake that fishes and the lake isnt that big but is loaded with peacock bass and largemouth.
  12. hi, well i just got a 12 foot tracker jon boat and have a 32 lb. thrust motor that actually pushes it way better than i expected it too. i was thinking of just getting a 30lb thrust which are running around $100-$109 here and making it a little faster. Since they dont allot gas motor on my lake i can only go electric. I was also wondering how i can hook up wiring to it to plug in regular cables. please tell me what u guys think. thanks
