Another thing I do when I empty/clean out my pot is take a drill bit the same size as the spout hole and ream out the spout,making sure you go at the same angle as spout.Very rarely the pot will drip afterwards if it does I just twist the rod back and forth a couple of times.

I think when you are pouring, the plastisol is cooling to much,In the aluminum molds they use an injector to force the plastisol into the mold.Maybe try having your plastisol a little hotter.

If your afraid of pouring lead,I wouldn't be thinking of pouring plastics.....

These are not worm weights but you can do them the same way. May stick a bit but I just twist the wire and they come off.I powder paint the weights then cure them in toaster oven.
