As someone who has owned two businesses, the first FAILING EPICLY, and the current one just getting by, I would recommend that you follow Lunds advice. Have a game plan, do your home work, and DONT try to wing it. Also, pay close attention to the IRS requirements, even if you hire an accountant.

LOL, been there budy, I had to fight the duck into shore and release him though. It wasnt real bad, cause he landed after wrapping his wing, so i fought him swimming instead of flying.

I always check the internet specials before hand, and they have always honored them in the store, even though they dont post the sale price in the store. I dont have a problem with them making people work alittle for a good price.

Take it to anyone of the stores of whatever company it is.(ie: sprint, att, verizon, etc) They should be able to scan the barcode behind the battery and contact the owner.

Yeah, it will make a difference as far as comfort is concerned. I would not worry about getting a split grip or eva, and instead get a nice cork handle that she feels comfortable holding and casting.
