Should probably use frog-type gear. Going to need a heavier rod to set the hook and pull it out of the weeds.

I haven't had much luck with them yet but haven't really given them a fair shot. I had a hard time getting them to "walk" on top of the weeds.

I hope they do it. I need them to keep playing so I have something to watch also, with over 100 games left for the redsox I don't really feel like watching yet.

I don't understand why people think that this site is harder to use now. There are a lot of upgrades that users do not need to worry about if they don't have "computer savvy". It is much easier to post now than before. If someone doesn't have a facebook or twitter account to link to, or want to use the gallery or other features, DON'T. Stop complaining about the awesome upgrade and ask politely for help, and the users of the forum will gladly help you figure everything out.

Thanks everyone. Man, I was stationed in Va for 4 years, missed your chance. It was probably at least 30 hours. It was a pain scraping and grinding all the old glue off of everything. I had no experience doing this so I took my time, I took a lot of pics and labeled everything to make sure I could get it all back together. Before I put the new carpet on I checked that it was going the right direction like 3 times.

Well the boat is finally finished so hopefully I can make the next one. I put pics up in the boat forum.

I started playing a couple months ago with a few buddies, we play fridays from 10-midnight usually. It is fun but everyone is starting to get better and faster, so we're going to full pads soon before someone gets hurt.

Well my softball league starts up tonight. We have a scrimmage with the local firefighter's team. We're playing for a 30 pack and they owe us one from last year. Does anyone else here play softball?

You can probably use a proxy server to go around their blocking site blocker/firewall. There are a ton of them so if they block the proxy server use a new one. just make sure you use the same one all the time till they block it.

I picked up some of the Roboworm sourpuss'. Anyone have any luck with those? I have not been able to use them yet.

That could be the case, but I would try to purchase it from a retailer that lets you swap them out. If he has only broken 1 rod in 12 years the $17 might not be worth it, who knows?

No, from what I have heard shimano is pretty good on their rod warranty. I think most people have said they just bring them back and trade them in, sounds like the store is ripping people off.

They sell seafoam in a spray can, it is easier to get it into the cylinders.

Yeah like a fogger, spray some to kill the engine then remove plugs and spray inside then let sit overnight and watch the gunk come out in the morning.
