  1. Looks good. Thanks for the picture. I used 1 1/2 pvc with additional 3/4 caps inside the main axle for some added strength. I got a 10 ft future bay yak and a 10 ft plastic pelican style jon boat. It was mainly built to move around the boats in my yard.
  2. Built this thing today and can’t wait to use it!
  3. Oh yea PTO day for sure.
  4. Depends on wind for me. Calm over cast day would get the green light. Breezy day may just go to work.
  5. Got out on a new small pond in Seekonk today in the Yak. Total 8 fish 6 pickerel 2 Larrys. On the water between 7 and 11:30. Biggest bass was on silver Colorado blade spinner bait. Everything else was on super shallow crankbait. Full disclosure I swear I caught 2 of the picks twice.....lol
  6. Have you tried your local craigslist? They tend to hold up pretty well.
  7. OK so maybe I'm just not ever going to catch a jig fish. Maybe I'm just not the jig kinda guy. No jig fish Sat night. Probably didn't help that my partner had a chubby to bring shinners. > All it did was slow us down. We didn't get to cover much ground which I think really killed us. Really slow night between the both of us we caught three fish and one probably wasn't even a keeper. I really have no clue about this jig thing. Maybe because we really dont use our fish finder properly. Trying to find rock piles was tough. On the up side the boat ramp was really funny to see all those people trying to get out of the water at the same time.Half of them have no common sense or courtesy.Half of that half can't back up a trailer to save their lives. If it wasn't so far from I would drive there just to get a good laugh. Thanks for trying guys
  8. Thanks guys I'll let you all know how we do.

From there hit a pond in Norton much better.Drove by this pond a million times and never even thought to give it a shot.Glad we did though.I have been on the biggest slump of my life.Really so bad I haven't even wanted to fish the last few weeks. 20. Man I must really suck. A buddy and I went to a new pond in plymouth on Friday. He started out with two 2 pounders almost immediately and then nothing over 12 inches the rest of the day.The clear water really messed with me along with the sandy bottom.I threw everything I had and nothing. The wind was relentless.Oh well live and learn.
