I'm from up north and will be coming down with 3 other guys and 2 boats from Feb.25-March6. We were down last year and had a great time fishing the G and look forward to doing it again. We are looking for a place to stay for the 4 of us with 2 boats. We stayed at Woody's last year and are looking for something near Goose Pond. Any help would be greatly appreciated! The cottages at Goose Pond Colony are taken, any ideas? Thanks

Are there any color preferences for early spring fishing on Guntersville?

I'll be coming down in early March.Never been there and would like to know if I should be looking shallow or deep?North or south end? Any help you guys have would be greatly appreciated!

I will be coming down to fish Guntersville in March 2009. I know its early but this is the biggest tournament of my life and I've never been in your neck of the woods before.I have a good map on the way but with only 4 days of practice I need to spend my time wisely.Early March still has ice on my waters so I have nothing to draw on. Any and all help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance
