Southfork

I've been putting it off for too long....this week I'm finally going to buy my first baitcaster. It'll mainly be used for crankbaits, possibly a few jerkbaits and topwater occasionally. It'll be going on a Loomis CBR 843. I've spent the last 2 weeks searching and reading threads, comparing the Curado and Revos, but I still can't make my mind up. Local shop has a Curado 50e, Curado 200 G6, and a Revo SX (3rd gen.) 6.4:1. I can get any of the 3 at a very low price. I've almost ruled out the 50e, I think it's a little too small for what I'm looking for. But other than that I'm having a rough time here. I hate starting threads like these, but figured I'd give it a shot. I'm about to flip a coin here.

My reels are in the water all the time. It happens. With a regular cleaning, greasing and oiling, I've never had any problems.
