  3. before you buy check out denali. they have a rosewood series shakey head rod that is just amazing i have used a crucial and a carrott sitx and the denali is way more senitive imo. the price is right in line with the crucial
  4. they are great baits and you can buy them in packs of 25 and 100 pretty cheap
  5. keep in mind the bottom 2 cyl. will be a little lower compression i dont know why but they are top 4 should be between 105 to 110 psi the bottom 2 90 to 100 psi
  6. i have used denali for about a year now and they are really good rods light and sensitive. they have a few lines the norwood the rosewood and the jadewood i use both the rosewood and jadewood and have nothing bad to say about them.imo the jadewood series is the best 100.00 rod on the market. i would recomend denali to anyone looking for a quality rod.i say this and i am not sponored by them. plus they are great to deal with.
  7. i picked up a duckett micro guide crankbait rod a bps today and was impressed with how it felt seemed like a nice rod for 160 bucks
  8. a 20x with a 225 is going to be a fast ride and over 70 easy. if you get this boat take the time to learn it because it will chine. i dont know the set up but with a 8 in jackplate and a tempest prop she will fly. i know i said tempest prop on a rude but that seems to be the set up. good luck with your toon.
  9. i have used jm reels for years and have a couple of the golds on the way at 130 dollars you cant go wrong i would say theres not a better reel at that price then again jmo. i have also used just about every type of reel bass pro sells and have only had one problem in over 40 plus reels and it was a part left out in production just like anything take care of them they take care of you
  10. i have a 04 21x and it can be a handfull between 68 and 72 mph you just have to learn how to drive thru the chine i would go slow take your time and learn to drive it tritons are great boats but can get loose in a heart beat. good luck and be careful
  11. i have used a bunch of stick baits and the mcstick is one of the best i have used .also munkin how can you say spro rips off everybody thier lures have a look of thier own i can tell a little john just by looking at it cant say that for a lot of crank baits if this is your claim prove it.
