Looking to make a trip to Table Rock Lake next week. So, I was looking for some advice on area drop offs, cliffs, Moss beds, open structure and just some advice in general from some folks that fish there. I understand there are a lot of stick-ups is the lake deep/shallow. Maybe some ideas on lures/colors, and general areas that hold bass. Are the bass moving into the creeks or still on Points? What's a good suspending depth for these bass for this time of year. We are staying up in the lower James Arm area West of Aunts Creek. So, Actually any advice is helpful.

I understand there is alot of Moss up around the Mile Marker 11-13 (James River Area... Can any one respond on how bad it is or isn't... Are the LM Bass starting to hit the beds? What's been the best lure selection and color? Thanks

We are staying at the Wonderful Hideaway Resort located south west of Mile Marker 11 during the 2ND week of May. We are primarily interested in Crappie and Lrgmth Bass for this trip. I'm interested in the types of lures to have with us: worms, cranks, spinners, swim baits, etc and colors for this time of the year for fishing along the cliffs and coves. Also, the spawning activity.. too late or too early, what are the latest reports on the bass activities?? Any insight to the Baxter/Lampe Region for Bass/Crappie Fishing? Any recommendations (besides Aunt Creek) for fishing spots would be appreciated. See ya on the Water!!

Anyone try 1/4oz Road Runners... Good bait off the cliffs to 12-15 ft.. Charteuse and Blue Body are a plus... good luck

Zara Spooks Jrs are a plus for early and late i n the days, try anything in the 15-20 ft deep, cranks, swim baits and worms... always try poiints early and late during this time.. I would agree on tubes, brwn, rootbr, watermelon... I'll be there in May (9 ).. Where are staying.. any good resorts or fishing spots would be appreciated.. We fish between Aunts creek and Piney creek last year.. Good Luck!!

What are the primary Bait Fish for LM Bass in TRL? What are the best colors for jerkbaits, cranks and top waters for early spring? It seems drop shotting is hard to work on such a deep lake, any one have any experience with drop shot on TRL? Please pass on your stories... Fish it Hard!! 8-)

?Anybody with good experience fishing TRL mid April or May. we are planning our trip (coming out from California) and would like to receive your recommendation..! We fished Aunt's Creek caught some big fish (4-6.5lb). Is there anything bigger out there. Zara spooks Jr were the hit for us anything else working out there?? Thanks :

Looking for great comfortable resorts along the TRL shore line.. Needing to be able to rent a Bass boat without limitations.. Fishing 24/7 hrs is Ok. Anyone have a cabin for rent.. looking for early April 10' 2-4 adults.. Please advise... Thanks

Planning a trip the last week of April to table rock lake. I'll be with a guide the first day, I am sure he will have plenty of tips for us but I was wondering what any of the locals guys might add. Flying in from the southrm california area and hope to travel light so we only want to bring what is necessary. Any ideas, colors, cranks, worm, live bait, etc.. ?

Looking for suggestions for lures and colors for Jackson Hollow, Aunt's creek and James River areas on TRL. Has anybody been up there lately to give me a report on the current conditions. Any help would be appreciated.

been there wice.. normal top waters early along weeds beds and structure... Used cranks between 5-12 ft. yellow, blue, crawfish colors.. worms were OK mostly C-rig to 15 ft...I stay fairly shallow in the depths.. It does get hot! Drop shot in 10-30 ft.. blue flake and pumpkin.. good luck
