Help me with my patience please
I once saw a twilight zone where a guy dies and goes to hell, only hell isn't what he thought it'd be. He wins at every game he plays, has all the girls he wants and all the money.. the only problem is that it gets boring after a while when you win every game of blackjack... as much as I hate to admit it, maybe alot of the fun in fishing is not catching something everytime, that way it makes it more special when you do. Ok, that's enough fish philosophy for one night.

If the smartest fish has an IQ
But if the smartest fish is only a 4, you'd think it'd only take an iq of 5 to get some hits.... man we're underachieving!

Keeping the "Dinks"
At one of the lakes I fish at, you have to throw back anything between 12-15 inches...I haven't caught one yet, but I can only imagine what it's like to throw a 15 incher back...lol But anything over that you can keep, and they actually want you to keep any dinks you catch so that it reduces food competition...they said that the bass in the lake are maturing too slowly so they're trying to beef them up.. kinda like hansel and gretel i guess...

Fish dont like smokers?
I don't think the fish care, but more importantly a big cigar helps keep the little bugs out of my face at least...

Fishing aggravation
Thanks alot man, I really appreciate what you've done for all of us. And I agree.. write letters till you're sick of it and then get your friends and fellow soldiers to write letters. And if you need a petition signed I'll sign it... even though I don't live in Arizona.. It's a shame to see people so caught up in $$ that they forget that you only have one life to live and for someone who has made a sacrifice such as you for them, recreation is a very very important thing. Best of luck and keep us posted

Question about Leaders
Hey guys, I'm new here but I'm really excited about this. I've been fishing my whole life but it was mainly sitting in the boat drowing worms while my dad showed me up. But this summer is my last before I graduate college and enter the 'real world!' so I've decided that I'm gonna live it up and fish as much as I can and basically enjoy life while I still can. So you could say i'm addicted now, i've been out to the lake/pond 6 days in a row now..lol My question is about snap on leaders. They seem to be very handy when you want to change lures etc. but I was wondering what effect they have of the overall presentation or if the fish even notice them at all. Do you guys reccomend using them or taking the extra two minutes to tie on whatever you're using? Thanks alot, and I look forward to spending quite a bit of time on here.
