I know that tournament pros carry tons of rods, but if I only hit the water with three, what pre-rigged baits should I have tied on?

Does anybody here use the world's fair knot? I was reading about it yesterday and it seemed interesting.

I want to learn to read the solunar table that is provided here. Exactly what do the times mean? I know what the moon phases are and when the moon is overhead and underfoot, but how does that tell me the best times to fish?

I have read all of the articles, but I don't get alot of it. I didn't have a father growing up who could teach me how to fish. Everything that I have learned about fishing has been in books, and from this wonderful site. Right now, all of my fish are being caught on topwaters and spinnerbaits. I really want to learn how to fish plastics.

Would a jerkbait be fished similar to a chug bug only it dives when it is yanked?

After landing four bass today, the feathers on the rear treble hook of my Pop R are almost gone. Are these feathers replaceable without having to buy a new hook? Do I really need the feathers on the back?

I am pretty new at this, but so far I am having a blast. I fish mostly from the bank, and after I bring the fish in to the bank, they are flopping around so violently that I can't get the treble hooks out of them at first. I have to wait until the fish settles down so that I can remove the hooks. Is this normal? Is there a better way? Thanks.
