Thanks guys. I fished the big bass bash the other day and caught alot of 2-3 pound fish nothing worth weighing in at their weigh in. So im kind of looking for some other tournaments to fish and there seems to be alot of night ones.

Ok, I have never tried to fish bass at night on Table rock or any other lake for that matter. What do bass go after at night? Water is really clear. I have been catching them on carolina rigged french fry worms during the day. But what do I try at night?

I got the the 4 inch i believe they are and the bigger ones. Not a problme just havent gotten much action on them and i was wondering if the wobble is what is causing that.

Alright, I got some Yum Money Minnows, and the hooks that Yum sells to go with them I rigged it just like the package said to rig it and the bait wobbles from side to side. I have seen videos of guys fishing these swim baits and they usually swim with just the paddle tail moving and the bait doesnt move from side to side. What am i doing wrong or is this just normal?

Ok what kind of line would your recomend for top water use? What weight?

Are there any bass clubs around Table Rock Lake? If so how do I get hooked up or get information.

So other than big cranks, I have seen the guys on tv throw a big bluegill swim bait its hinged in two spots and bout 4 inches long. Anyone have any experience with this? Im fishing on Table Rock. Does this bait usually produce bigger fish?

Well you guys are all right. Thanks for the help. I plan on fishing the big bass bash in middle may on table rock. I read some info about it and it seems like its all up for grabs by anyone. Not really tournament just a big fish competition but with lots of oppurtunity to win.

I have always had good luck with the elite series rods. I usually buy them cause of the discount i get on bass pro merchandise. I think they are a good quality rod. You get what you pay for. I use a little longer rod for flipping and pitching. Just what I like though.

Has anyone ever carolina rigged a tube? Just wondering it would seem to be a productive presentation. I have seen people texas rig them but never carolina.

So one more question. When it comes to tournaments do you just start off by trying to fill you limit with keeper fish? Or do you throw back smaller keepers in hopes of bigger ones? What are your guys stratagies if you dont mind.?

Ok, so this is my first post on here. I have been fishing bass in table rock lake since I was old enough to cast. The only boat i have is a little 16ft aluminum boat with a 20 hp motor and a trolling motor on it. I would love to fish a tournament but i am a little embarrassed to use this boat in one. What does everyone think? opinions?
