Crankbaits was something that worked well for me this year. I spent most of the year practicing working them through cover, rod position relative to the depth, etc. I also worked a great deal on sonaring structure. Next year I think it's tubes and jigs.

He could tell you if red trebles really work better. ;D

Luckily I can fish year around here in Georgia. I suppose if I couldn't I would read a lot. Go to seminars etc. Maybe cast a practice plug around in the snow. ;D

Mine is a little bracket that hooks on a door handle and holds your spool of line when re-spooling.

Absolutely. My buddy has one that we use for small ponds or electric only lakes. 50 lb. will move you great. Hammer

For the early morning top water bite I use bacon flavored attractant. Canadian bacon for you Chevy. Coffee works well before safe light. ;D Honestly I'm not sold on it. Hammer

I look at it as the higher pressure on the water column exerts a greater pressure on anything in it. So as the pressure drops it means less pressure on the fish and they should get more active. I know I get more active when I have less pressure on me. ;D Hammer

For me if I'm going to eat something it's the tunas in my freezer. I personally don't care for bass. Hammer

I have a buddy, chad, who works for me that I usually fish with about every week . My new favorite buddy is my 6 year old that went out with me for the first time last sunday. We had a great time that I'll remember forever. And not because he stuck a #1 wide gap in my head. ;D Hammer
