Caught a few on spinnerbaits this morning and I think I have a new favorite mono.

I have been testing different kinds of mono for my spinnerbait setup and have yet to find one I like. So, this time I am trying some Berkley Big Game line. I also spooled some on my flipping setup since I dont really like braid and dont feel like ordering some fluorocarbon. Anybody else used it?

I dont want to go pro I just want to match my local forage and maybe add a little extra to my baits like a yellow stripe or orange throat. Also, do you apply clearcoat with the airbrush? Would this work? The $110 kit. http://www.airbrushcity.com/kits24/popular_featured1.htm

Has anybody used the Kriet Kreature, trick sticks, or Kriet Tail worm by Big Bite Baits? They look like really good baits and I love their Squirrel Tail worm. Get a pack of Rage Tail craws and a pack of Strike King shim-e-sticks. The craws can be flipped and pitched or fished on top with a keel weighted hook. You can wacky rig or texas rig the shim-e-stick to give them a different approach if they aren't biting the craw.

I tried all the Youvella hooks and every one rusted after half a day of use. Did I get some bad hooks?

Im going to order some DBF hooks, Big Bite Tube hooks and maybe some flat eye jig hooks to use as swimbait hooks. I am looking at ordering from Barlows Tackle. Anybody had experience with Barlows before?

They are much cheaper too. I can get 15 hooks for about the same price as 5 Punch Hooks.

I really like Mustad hooks. Tried the Youvella hooks and thay rusted way to quick, so Im sticking with Mustad. How does the Denny Brauer flippin hook compare to the BMF or Punch Hooks? Is the gap as wide or almost as wide?

Has anyone had experience with this product? I am looking at using them for 3/16 and lighter t-rigs and 3/4 and up for c-rigs.

Other than a few prematurely rusting I have been very happy with Youvella hooks. If you try these I would recommend the pro flip hooks and the OWG super strong hooks.

I sometimes use up to a 6/0 or 7/0 OWG by Youvella.

I probably wont get the new bronzeye but I did pre-order two Ish PHAT frogs. The separate hook chamber seems like a really good idea.
