I really like Mustad hooks. Tried the Youvella hooks and thay rusted way to quick, so Im sticking with Mustad. How does the Denny Brauer flippin hook compare to the BMF or Punch Hooks? Is the gap as wide or almost as wide?

The only noticeable difference is that the eye of the DBF hook is not welded shut; the sweet thing about DBF hook is they are readily available.

I get a higher percentage of in roof of the mouth hook sets with the straight-shank hooks over EWG hooks.

They are much cheaper too. I can get 15 hooks for about the same price as 5 Punch Hooks.

Mustad ultra points are great hooks.  I use a ton of them.

Im going to order some DBF hooks, Big Bite Tube hooks and maybe some flat eye jig hooks to use as swimbait hooks. I am looking at ordering from Barlows Tackle. Anybody had experience with Barlows before?
