getting a new baitcaster. probably going to be a bass pro shops pro qualifier matched with a 7' St. croix mojo MH. Restocking?? Finesse worms, some more hard jerkbaits, rattle traps, and probably a bunch of other stuff lol.

I am looking into getting this rod for pitching mostly. Any of you all used it before?? how is it?? i am looking at the 6' 6" MH or the 7' MH which would you recommend? the 7' MH says its for spinnerbaits....i could still use it for pitchimg wouldnt you think? thanks for the help.

try texas rigging a small tube on the smallest weight you can get away with. stand about 10 ft from the bank that way you dont spook the bass. cast or pitch the tube 5- 10 ft into the water hop a few times and repeat this all the way around the lake.. i just left florida on monday and thats what was working for me.

they are looking good but i am a bengals fan and was really impressed the way the bengals played yeah they lost by three but they played a hell of alot better than they have in the last few weeks i guess we will see what they are really made of once the playoffs start.

Alright guys its time i will be coming down that way in a few days and will be staying in lakeland by looking at the weather forcast it has been in the 80s down there and when i get down there its going to be in the 60s next week so whats working?? i will be mostly fishing some subdivision ponds with one being very deep and clear..What techniques should i be using and baits also?? Are there any fish Spawning at the moment?? thanks for all your help.

hey i am going tomorrow too but i am in kentucky but the conditions you described are about the same here for tomorrow. i will have tied on a finesse worm(probably a senko) and a green pumpkin finesse jig witha 2 3/4 in yum trailer.. both of the baits will be worked VERY slowly around any and every piece of cover i can find.

I am looking at getting some soft plastic swimbaits for when i go to florida..from your experience which soft plastic swimbait is the best and what size?? thanks.

Anybody ever fished here?? i will be down in florida during december and i was wondering if this place is as good as they say it is. i was there once during April and the water was down and caught two small bass no bigger than 12 in.. i will be stuck fishing off of the bank so which lakes would you recomend for bank fishing and how would you go at targeting the fish. What lures have proved to work best here?? Any info at all about this place will help. thanks.

I don't think i've ever seen or heard of this before, and I have plenty of finesse worms and wide gap hooks. YOU my sir, are a GENIOUS! ;D lol here are the exact hooks that i use

take any type of highly visible plastic finesse worm and a finesse wide gap hook, it looks like a circle hook. take the hook and thread it all the way through the worm to the tail and bring it out the tail( your line will be ran down through the middle of the worm all the way to the tail where the hook is sticking out.) this way when the bedding bass picks up the worm by the tail it will be picking it up where the hook is.
